Our Team | Ebru Özçağıran
After graduating from Ege University Faculty of Communication, Ebru Özçağıran started her career as a Public Relations Officer at Bayraklı Boya within Yaşar Holding. At Yaşar Holding, where the first foundations of her “educator” life were laid, production slowed down due to the April 5, 1994 crisis and the motivation of employees decreased;
He started to give Communication, Motivation, Uncertainty Management and Quality trainings to both white-collar and blue-collar employees, turning a crisis that shaped his later business life into an opportunity and stepped into the field of Human Resources and Training.
In 1996, he was transferred to Akzo Nobel (headquartered in the Netherlands, operating in more than 80 countries and employing approximately 35,000 people) as Human Resources and Promotion Specialist.
Then, in 1998, she started working at Delphi Automotive Systems, one of the world’s leading companies, where she spent most of her career. She worked in every position in Human Resources for about 18 years, retiring as Human Resources Manager of Izmir Plant and continuing her career as an Adler certified Professional Coach and Human Resources Consultant. Throughout her working life at Delphi, she worked closely with managers, employees, Trade Unions and customers to create the desired environment.
Between 2020 and 2022, he worked actively in Litum Technologies on the establishment of the Human Resources department, tripling the company in one year, completing the audit processes in the company’s investment process, and creating company values. She is currently working as a consultant for Litum on recruitment of senior staff.
Ebru’s greatest strengths as a Human Resources professional and Coach are introducing people to their work, goals, dreams, strengths and inner voices.
Ebru is also a leader with 20 years of experience, specializing in improving people-scale productivity in high-achieving businesses. Her specialties include transforming complex issues into innovative, engaging and informative new stories, recommending and implementing strategies and systems aligned with business goals across companies, managing growth and downsizing, and transferring knowledge using interdepartmental communication skills and Coaching. He is married and has one child.
