Our Team | Ercan Yağmur

Ercan Yagmur graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics, Department of Electrical Engineering and started his career at Delphi Automotive Systems Izmir Plant in 1998. He took a role in the establishment of the Izmir Plant as Production Supervisor and contributed to the growth of the organization with his work as Maintenance Manager and Production Manager.He led the lean transformation of Production Areas in Delphi Automotive Systems Izmir Plant.

His projects on Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement have been extended to Delphi Automotive Systems’ EU Region and Delphi Globally. After 20 years of experience at Delphi Automotive Systems, he continued his career as a senior manager. He served as Managing Director in the start-up of MWS (Murat Wiring Systems) Macedonia operations, development and expansion of Forschner Gmbh Albania organization, as Managing Director, he led the start-ups of all operations of these companies in the Balkans.

As of March 2024, he offers his 26 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing sector in the fields of General Management Consultancy and Operational Exellence Consultancy under the roof of EGATA Supply Chain Solutions.
