Our Team | Mustafa Günüşen
Mustafa Günüşen graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Industrial Engineering. He started his professional career as a Product Specialist at Teba Günkol AŞ in 1995. Afterwards, he worked as SAP PP (Production Planning Consultant) at Vestel Consulting Company, where he took part in the Vestel SAP transition project and provided consultancy on cost center accounting and product cost accounting. During this period, he worked as a PP consultant in the implementation of Zorlu Linens SAP project.
He started his 24-year Maxion Jantaş career as SAP project manager. Within 6 months, the project was completed successfully and then he started to work as Planning Manager. In 23 years, he has been the manager of many departments, especially Planning Directorate, Production Directorate, Cost Accounting Directorate, Administrative Affairs Directorate. Finally, as Material and Logistics Director, he managed export and consignment warehouse processes in different countries abroad, leading the creation of new logistics processes with automotive companies and gaining new customers.
In the Planning department, he ensured the adaptation of the Icron APS (Advanced Planning) program, which is integrated with SAP, and pioneered its widespread use in all Maxion Turkey companies.
