Zeynep Acaroğlu graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Industrial Engineering.
For most of his career, she worked as Quality Manager in automotive companies such as Beşer Holding, Ege Endüstri and Power Packer Turkey.
While continuing her professional life, she completed his MBA at Ege University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. In the Power Packer Turkey organization, she took an active role in the processes of closing down the production facilities in various European locations of the company and moving them to Turkey, obtaining customer approvals, performing audits and maintaining production in our country in accordance with customer standards.
As a member of the Global Lean Production and Continuous Improvement Team in this organization, she has taken part in various projects at international level and performed audits. She has led the establishment, certification and maintenance of Quality, Environment and OHS management systems in all the companies he has worked for.
As of October 2024, she offers her 26 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing sector in the fields of Management Consultancy and Quality Management Systems Consultancy under the roof of EGATA Supply Chain Solutions.
